obviously I am not doing well, back to the old bad habit that if I don't record it I didn't eat it. Weight at the Dr. was up 4 lbs. Even if I excuse Thanksgiving dinner that is what happens when I go completely off track for a week. I haven't been on the treadmill, overall I have just messed up. I knew this would happen but this time instead of giving up completely I will just start again. Baby steps, baby steps and if I fall down I will get back up. Today is the day.
