Good Friday morning ya'll. What a great morning to get up, read the Bible and "Not a Fan" and be able to go back to sleep for a short nap, then to wrap up the morning with a run and breakfast. Stopped in for my Friday morning coffee treat at Go! Go! Coffee --Little Mountain, SC. They are open from 5am - 9am. Really cool they have a drive-thru coffee shop on my way to work now! — feeling blessed.
Today is already a 5...workout and shake done! Used compression socks I received as a gift for my birthday (Sept) - and they did seem to make a bit of a difference. Calf muscles definitely happier. Incline run today....totally felt the burn. :0
Even last night I didn't go too crazy...1897. Still not 1600, but considering I could have had alot of Christmas candy and also selected nekot crackers versus: Fiber One bar (140), Dandy Blend with 2 servings of Hazelnut creamer (60), and 1 cup of mixed nuts in shell (169). I think I did exceedingly well. Emotional eating comfort foods did not win. I still kept my head and made better choices.
Motivation = start. Habit = going. (Yes, I've shortened my tip, but I know that each day is a new decision. And this is what is written on my diet journal as my reminder.
