Up a few pounds but back to eating healthy. Had a great holiday with my family, missed my dad so very much and felt depressed most of the last week. I have eaten out too many times node need to watch carefully and make better choices.
294.3 lb Lost so far: 25.7 lb.    Still to go: 119.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
