Lifting 3 times per week using builtlean. Waist is smaller, scale not reflecting. Restarting tracking food intake, reduce carbs, increase veggies and fruit. Going to finish this goal.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
