the last two days have been full of decadence and sloth. I thinks the powers that be are with me today as when I got on the scale for my weekly weigh in it had died. I changed the batteries and still no go. I guess the gods didn't want me to get discouraged or disappointed. I will be shopping for a new one today. I also have an appointment with my dr. this week for my yearly physical. I will get the low down then. I did get the results of my blood tests and my a1c was at 6.00. Of course that is with meds but it is the lowest it has been for years. I have started out better today at least I didn't have pie for breakfast. I may have a turkey sandwich for lunch but I am also making darn sure I get my treadmill time in. this is a journey and a bit of a pause will not end it.

The 199 is just the first goal, to get below that 200 barrier. I will certainly adjust it downward as soon as that happens.
