absolutely nothing planned for today. That can be dangerous. I did walk for an hour. Guess I really should do some chores. I fixed myself a very filling lunch but an hour later I am wanting to eat again. That shows I don't eat only when hungry, but also when bored. I need to find something to keep me busy, multi-tasking, keep the head and the hands busy so I don't get bored. I should be able to find some sort of creative hand work to do. Off I go to search through drawers and find those forgotten craft projects.
