Have stayed with certain foods on certain days. Protein from meat generally two days per week. Protein from mikl cheese one day per week and the rest is fruits and vegetables
Carbs a least one potatoe and rice etc on two different days.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
