Hey, better day, got in my hour of walking, finished my laundry and unpacked. I am having a hard time coming off the 'eat everything' of yesterday. I am so a binge eater. Today I have snuck in about 300 empty calories of 'feel good' food. I am still well below a maintain #. If only I had done that yesterday, stopped at the break even point. But that was yesterday, can't have a redo, just have to learn and try and figure out how to prevent doing it again. I didn't plan to eat extra, I guess that was the mistake. If I can plan on a calorie splurge I also can plan where to stop. Tomorrow is the day I weigh in. It will be interesting to see where I am after the last week of being totally off any type of schedule.
