Ate a 5 cheez-its and 4 or 5 butterscotch discs late last night.
273.4 lb Lost so far: 57.6 lb.    Still to go: 150.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1004 kcal Fat: 26.24g | Prot: 96.68g | Carb: 71.40g.   Breakfast: Strawberry Jam, Very Thin 100% Whole Wheat Bread, beef tenderloin no fat, medium egg,  nonfat dry milk (use for creamer). Lunch: beef tenderloin no fat, Raymundo's Fruit-N-Gel. Dinner: spinach and veggy mix salad. Snacks/Other: grapefruit, ruby red, whole. more...
