Why is it so hard and why do my bad habits influence my son. He doesn't get my good habits. Last night was Tae Kwon Do grading for my son and it was a real eye opener I no longer have loose this weight for me I have to loose it for Thomas. I am a bad example for him and this is going to change I will be a good positive and strong influence for Thomas. I will change our eating habits and increase the exercise so he can see that it is very important. I need some quick easy good food recipies for kids lunches - any ideas.
