I behaved myself at the wedding. wanted to go back and get lots more of those wonderful potatoes but I stuck with my serving of a couple of tablespoons. no plans for today so we will see what happens. I am trying not to focus so totally on weight but to just pay more attention to what I am eating and to get in some exercise. One of the benefits I have noticed is that my blood sugar is actually in the normal range at times. I have a Dr. appt for a physical the first part of December with blood tests etc. I will be interested in seeing if new habits change the those very much. I am so hungry right now i feel i could eat a horse. Visiting my brother and his family and the kids are getting ready for school. I will hide out for a bit longer, feel like a slow lazy morning today. the walk will have to come later.
