so far so good. exercise has been done both days. food has been recorded accurately. have not deprived myself. at sil's stoganoff (reasonable portion) and even drank a beer. calorie intake still below output. wedding today, we will see what that brings. just be sensible, make wise choices. would i rather have cake or a beer? mashed potatoes or punch? whatever I do i will make sure it is recorded.
