Okay here are the numbers for the measurements for the month of November:
Neck-14 1/2-no change Breast-40 1/2-no change Waist-35 1/2-no change Tummy-37 1/2-down 1/2 Hips-40 1/2-down 1/2 Thigh-21 1/2-no change Knee-15 1/2-no change Bicep-13-no change
Total change in my body since last measurements down 1 inch...since ending Slim in 6 challenge, down 1 inch. I suppose that I should look at the overall picture which is this:

Total loss in inches since April 10th (7 months, 3 weeks):
42 3/4 inches
Since that date I have lost 37 pounds, which means I had already lost 33 pounds before I took the first set of measurements. Lord, I wish I had done starting measurements.
Okay, so I am not moving much right now, but it has been a very successful year as far as my weight loss goals go, and I need to quit being such a whiney butt!
I will get there, it just is going to take time, and I must not lose site of my goal, get frustrated with the rate of loss, or set any arbitrary dates for completion, since there is no finish line, this is for life, not for just a few months. I can do this with God's help, and I will!

I love how you say "there is no finish line, this is for life." That is a great motto, my friend. You have done oustanding and you have the best attitude to keep it going, like you say, FOR LIFE. You have worked hard and should celebrate, even if just 1 inch. It is 1 more inch to add to your list of successes. You rock!

Yes,weight loss slows down and its frustrating and this is the reason why I gave up the diet so many time before.But if we sustain it ,it will still progress in tiny little bits,atleast we don't gain.And you reminded me that I should take measurements too :) Have a nice day.

Holly, I just need to keep reminding myself of that! I always think "I just want to be done." but there is no done. There is only maintainting! And yes, I will celebrate my ONE INCH, as it is one less that I need to lose!

WOW, those are some A W E S O M E numbers. You have come such a long way is such a short time. I know, I know, it doesn't seem short, but it really has been compared to you lifes journey. 8 Months, compared to 51 years. That's awesome.:) Keep up the fantastic work sweet Stef.:):)
