Is it just me or do, sometimes, we need to go off the rails just a bit for a little while? That is what I have been doing the last few weeks. I ate some Halloween candy and allowed myself more wiggle room than I have been. I didn't cut loose and binge and I didn't gain pounds. But now I feel like I am ready to get back on track and even be more diligent. Seems like I needed a bit of a breather to clear my head, and now I am feeling ready to get back into the groove. I hope that all of us are able to do this when and if needed. Just to take a breather and then get back in the saddle. ... 110bs here I come. :)
