Ok, it has been a while since I journaled. Not to worry! I did not fall off the band wagon. I was just so busy! I am celebrating 41.5lbs down and two years smoke free this week. Although my weight loss has slowed, I am still 100% committed and motivated to continue. I must be doing something right! So, I am hitting the re-set button to re-charge and re-new my committment. I am revising my plan to more aggressively attack the exercise portion of my plan. I have been very inconsistent in that category and for the "2nd half" of my journey, I'd like to really tackle that.
