I AM CLEARLY LOSING FAT (SLIMMING DOWN), BUT THE WEIGHT ISN'T GOING ANYWHERE. EVEN THOUGH I WEIGHED 145 A FEW DAYS AGO, MY SCALE SAID 146 THIS MORNING. I'M EATING AN AVERAGE OF 1300-1400 CALORIES AND DANCING.
