It has been going well, going to take some pics of self this Friday to post. Next month is my 47th birthday and it is a great feeling to be the same body Shape and Size I was when I was 20 and in the Army. Must say it takes effort and work (that is the age factor). This however is becoming a pleasure to do and seeing the healthier choices being made motivates me even further.
To all out there, stick to your guns and the enjoyment of moments in time will be there to enjoy.
