Wooowhooo! Down three pounds in five days since focusing on food over calories and giving up sweets, dairy (cheese!), grains and any processed foods. And my cravings are gone!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
