I haven't been tracking my food or journaling due to a very bad tooth ache. During sleep, my CPAP slipped off my face (for sleep apnea) and I clinched my teeth, which caused damage to a tooth near the root. The following morning, it felt like someone socked me in the jaw. I went to the dentist and discovered that I have an abscess and a dead tooth. On antibiotics and on Thursday, I get to have a wonderful root canal as long as my tooth is not broke. If it is broke, I get to have my tooth extracted. Oh Joy!
BTW, I cannot believe the high cost of having dental work done. I am really thankful that my cost is only 15%.
