A pound! Yay! Finally! BUT - I'm rating myself poorly because I am extremely disappointed in myself! Last week I aimed to follow my diet 100%. Which I did not. I even ate Jack In The Box! Positives - I increased my vegetable intake and decreased my alcohol intake. One last week to hit my goal. Five pounds away. I need a miracle!
165.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
