A fresh start for me. My top weight was 202 pounds and I had lost weight down to 172. I had been attending Weight Watchers meetings and using WW tools on-line. I started missing meetings for one reason or another due to schedules, company, eating out, etc. Now, after regaining 5 pounds, I want to restart from the point I am at today with a goal to be true to myself and being honest with myself as to what I need to be doing to take care of myself..

I can do it and I will do it.

I will log my WW PPV, water, exercise, Physical Threapy, Suppliments,

I will plan ahead for my meals and snacks.

I will eat 5 Prunes daily to keep my digestive system moving.

I will pray daily tobe able to stay with this program.
