It has been so totally my fault, though. I have really paid no attention whatsoever to what I was eating for the past week, and - as I said - it caught up with me. I'm ok, though. I still would like to go down to 115 lb, but it's even more important for me not to regain the 16-18 lbs I have lost so far. That's why I don't consider the scales as my enemy, just a tool to keep things under somewhat of a control. :)
