Okay, so I've lost some weight since the last time I logged in - go me! - but really I haven't been sticking to a plan.
Time to get back on the horse.
I'm not following a prescribed eating plan, but I am going to track calories throughout the day, and attempt to hit a target of 1600 or so calories - depends on what FatSecret tells me is appropriate.
Also, either gym or outdoor run/walk on weekdays. Weekends off of exercise, but staying on diet.
