Not going to beat myself up but trying again. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. 1700 calories for 7 weeks, 1600 calories for 6 weeks, 1500 calories for 5 weeks (4 days cardio, 3 days strength). Making a go of it (again).

1648 kcal Fat: 64.14g | Prot: 77.63g | Carb: 205.05g.   Breakfast: Water, Meijer Instant Oatmeal - Sugar Free Apple & Cinnamon, Hill Country Fare Creamy Peanut Butter, HEB 100% Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch: Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), American Value Green Beans (Canned), Cooked Pinto, Calico or Red Beans (Fat Added in Cooking), Chicken Leg (Skin Not Eaten). Dinner: Italian Salad Dressing, Del Monte Garlic & Herb Chunky Spaghetti Sauce, Publix Shredded Colby Jack Cheese, Whole Wheat Spaghetti. Snacks/Other: Bananas, Whole Wheat Tortilla. more...
