Not really sure what is going on with my diet this time. It seems to be at a low creep when before the weight came off much easier. Is it because I wasn't exercising before and now I am, and a lot for that matter. I don't really know what to do to speed it up. On a better note I got the job in the operating room that I wanted. I can't wait to start next week.

Yes, actually exercise can (seemingly) slow weight loss in the beginning because your muscles retain water to help them heal. It depends on what type of exercise, how hard you are working out, etc. The good thing about exercise though is you will be able to fit in to smaller sizes more quickly because you will lose fat/inches much quicker than someone who doesn't exercise. You will also build muscle (not like a body builder) which helps burn more calories and in time you will lose better and be able to keep the weight off. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight. Just keep going and you will see results. I always say I would rather weigh 150 and be a size 4 than weigh 140 and be a size 8.
