What's your favorite day....NOT MONDAY for me! The scale was very nice to me this am, but we'll see what tomorrow brings. I'm tried of losing the same three LBS!!! I've been walking for two weeks with the last being 3 miles every other day and my knee feels better!!! I'm off to burn off more calories I have a lot of things to move getting ready for winter at the garden shop. Everybody keep moving!!!
