Did not do well on "military diet" but ate very healthy, kept my calories low yesterday and took a walk with my 10 year old son. Feel great today. Tried "choffy" today. Am going to try and use it in the A.M. instead of Soda. Goal weight 170 by birthday!
206.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
