Thought I did well this week. The scale reflected a 3 pound loss, and I am more disciplined in the evening. Logging in food seems to help, especially especially if I log things before I eat them, because then I cut down and reduce the portion size later. Habits can be hard to break though, and evenings for me are the hardest.
231.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
