Today I am starting my no white way of eating. I have read the Shift by Tori Johnson and am going to start a group online. I am so fat, my knees hurt so bad from going to Junk Bonanza I can't go on with this kind of pain. I have to do something I am so mad at myself for getting this fat. with
243.0 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 113.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
