Went to a wedding last weekend. I actually behaved for the most part (in regards to calorie intake). The days before were a different story. My most recent struggle is evening eating. For 2 days now, I have done well. The math alone tells me that if I abstain from 8p-8a, I will lose weight. Hope everyone had a nice weekend!
