Been weight training, Les Mills Combat + Insanity Asylum.
Probably that's the reason for the weight gain.
The Pot Belly is still large though I have lost two inches in close to a year!!!.....this is taking too long.
Am getting disoriented and disillusioned

235.9 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
