Stuck to it, doing well, lost 8 lbs just on a low carb diet, not Atkins, just low carb. Started back at the gym (after a 4 mo sabbatical) so I am a little sore, but feeling good. Starting the third week of my eating plan.
221.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
