I stayed on track all this week.But I knew I was going to eat out yesterday, so I have to say to be in total down 2 pounds. I am happy. So today is the time to get back on track and my goal is to not eat out again unit maybe October. But if I can hopefully I can hold out longer.
219.0 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week
