STARTING A NEW ME TODAY! SUPER XCITED! My new job is definitely helping out! Workout in the mornings to get my day started...end the day with my FAMILY!

100oz of H2O/day starts...NOW!
142.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
