Today was my second day on Fast-5. It was much easier to follow today than yesterday. I only made it until 1:30 yesterday and then succumbed to food. I was busy at work today and made it all the way to 4:30! Yes.
What do the rest of you eat in your 5 hour window? I'm debating whether I should count calories or follow a rough meal plan. My first 2 days were bingeful in the 5 hour window because I was starving! Thanks.
