Walk-2 miles @ 4 mph
Kettlebell-20 minutes

Well I didn't do the Slim in 6 this morning. I really need a swift kick in the behind, I do believe. I WILL do it tomorrow. I did do the kettlebell workout, and it felt good. I also got my walk in, and that is the first time since last Thursday. This cold or what ever it is has really put the kibosh on my exercise, and it ticks me off, but everytime I tried I had a terrible coughing fit. I think that the coughing has passed, at least the worst of it, and tomorrow I am going right back to Burn it Up. If you don't hear from me tomorrow, send help please! lol

I did manage to get my house all cleaned today, moved the fridge, cleaned behind and under it, and cleaned under the stove also. MOved the couch and the chair, vacuumed under them, and took all the cushions off the ouch and cleaned under there also. Tomorrow...the garage and shampoo the carpet in my bedroom. All the rest of the house is hardwood and I got that all washed today, so it's good to go for at least a day or two, depending on how many cat fights we have (they pull each others hair out in clumps, when they are play fighting)! lol I do love my animals, but boy they are messy!!! I think they may be worse than the kids ever were.

Well, that is about it for my exciting day. Hope everyone else had a productive, wonderful Monday.

Actually Squiggs, the kettlebell isn't all that hard, but you sure do burn a lot of calories. I really like it. And thanks for the swift kick!! As for running away fast...I couldn't catch you if you were running, as I can't run. lol

Well by the sounds of all that cleaning you have done you didn't really need to do Slim in 6 lol.

Uh ctlss, I'm pretty sure you're good to go on the not doing the SI6 workout since you moved furniture and scrubbed floors lmao! Geesh! I hope I have the energy you do down the road when I'm as young as you. Haha..I have to be careful with working or else I get myself into trouble. Have a great week!

Hi Stef, up late,just watched the link you put up. Powerful video. Definitely much watch TV. It was amazing. Thanks for posting it. It has given me a lot to think about. As you said, its a boost for those of us on Atkins, validation so to speak. Igotta get to bed, as I am up at 5am. Chat tomorrow Stef. Hope you feel better. Can't imagine youcould get more done - you get more done 'sick' than I do well - LOL.

JB, this much energy is a relatively new thing for me! lol I spent the last 10 years mostly on the couch due to my Lupus. This change in my eating habits has really made all the difference in the world. hope that your week is awesome!!

Lisa it is on it's way out. I told it to pack it's bags last week, but it didn't listen. And yes, Aerobic coughing and house cleaning is a great combo! lol

Is, can you believe the lies we have been told about our foods through the years? I was astounded! I am getting better, just not quite as fast as I would like. But then patience has never been my strong suit! lol Chat tomorrow, after I get off my duff and do my Si6!! Sleep well, dear Is.

Stef, don't be so hard on yourself. You needed time to get better. You didn't really rest though, look at all the cleaning you got done. I would say you still got in your workouts. Hope you have a wonderful day and hope the cough is gone today.:)

Golly Ms Molly, poor Stef. I am laughing right now thinking about how little exercise you were able to get in today being lazy as you are... HA!
