This is after a long period of steady weight loss. I have cut back on my dietary habits and am doing practically nothing for exercise, honestly. If I can get up and get moving, I should be making amazing progress!
212.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
