Am a little worried now if I will make it to my uncle's bet by September 16th morning. I have to touch or go below 65 kilos and as of today, have another 1.9 kilos to go (8 days practically). Time to take it a notch higher and push the limits for the next one week.
147.5 lb Lost so far: 29.1 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
