I have been baking and not eating as good as last month. Time to get back on the salads, and protein shakes.

I can and I will get to the desired weight once again! Next year I will be the sexiest 53 yr. old single mom around this town, lol.

I need a walking buddy that gives me a nudge. Does anyone live near Marshfield or Spencer, WI?

293.8 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 93.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
