I gained five pounds. I started my healthy eating habits again, i need to lose ten pounds in two weeks. Help me lord, give me the strenght to do it. Amen.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Since you need such immediate results I would suggest looking into the 5:2 diet and fitting it in your routine. I saw quick results, and with a little bit of exercise you could loose that 10 lbs quickly and with little discomfort!
