The theme of Saturday has been eating. I feel heavy and bloated in my belly. I even took half of my breakfast home to have later sometime. Did go to the farmers market. I am horrible at shopping around for the best price because The anxiety disorder I live with me gets the best of me in crowded places and believe me the main Portland Farmers market is a very crowded place. I did my morning walk which seemed to go faster than usual even though we walked five minutes longer and got to 50 minutes of walking. I walked around the farmers market so that was some extra walking. We got some giant brussels sprouts and a big bag of green beans. I was going for fruit but the vegetables looked so good. We did get a couple of giant peaches but I know that will go to making a small peach cobbler. Tomorrow I will be burning a look of calories because I need to mow the lawn. I just need to remember to drink lots of water because it will be hot out. Today felt pretty hot out. After going out to lunch I came home and crashed and slept for several hours and I still feel kind of yucky. I am trying to figure out a daily routine to stick to but am having no luck. I know I just have to commit to one. I will figure something out.

Sounds like your walking is going very well. Any movement is a plus so keep at it. You're doing great. I love farmer's markets. We have a couple around where I live and they are on my weekly shopping rounds. Have a great week Blues.

it is good that you are sticking with your walking and taking it further. keep at it and the rest will follow. it looks like you are making steady progress. I am the same, I just need to commit and put plans into action. forever positive!
