Today is my birthday! Happy Birthday to me! As of this morning, I am 28.5lbs down. This is the best present I can give myself this year. Just wanted to check in quickly and let everyone know what has been working for me. (Take what is useful to you). As I have been on this journey, I have modified a few things. This I am doing as I learn new things or frankly as I try, fail, try again, and succeed. I have replaced my yogurt with 2% cottage cheese with probiotics. I made this decision because the artificial sugar in the yogurts no matter which brand I bought was high. So, although there is 3g ofsugar in the cottage cheese it was by far the lowest I could find. I am trying to cut down on my carbs. This I find to be very difficult. The choices out there that are whole wheat with no High Frutose corn syrup are hard (sometimes impossible) to find. So, that quest continues. I have been a bit lazy when it comes to the gym, so today I am re-committing.
