went camping over the weekend and when I camp my diet goes out the window. I still did my walking on the paths and around the lake but all the good camping food got the best of me.
Now I am back home and it is time to get back into my regular routine. Camping was fun and relaxing but man am I tired. Getting back into the swing of things is not that easy. I would much rather be in the great outdoors just lounging around.
