The first few days were really hard. I wanted a chimichanga like nobody's business. However, I also happen to have a case of bronchitis, and I'm on lots of medication and have lots of snot-- so my appetite has decreased, and for once I'm not complaining about that. Actually, I've been missing the mark and have treated myself to ice cream so that I could have enough in my stomach to cushion the blow of some of my meds. So, even being sick has a silver lining!
137.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
