Just workout 4-5 times a week in the gym with weights. Did al caloric deficit of -400. Now on 1800 calories a day.

I think this is just water out and I weighted in the morning.
My goal is -1kg a week.
196.2 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.7 lb a week
