Today I woke up and get ready to leave to go to the school. I drink my prtoein shake from breakfast. At the school I did alot of exercising running aroudn to different classes going up the stairs and down the stairs. In between I had a coffeecake, then I had my lunch coldcut sandwich on white bread&crackes& some crackers after, then later I had drinkable yogurt. Then I came home to rest and went on the computer. I had a protein shake with banana before I went to the gym. Next I did 2 hrs at the gym: boxing&burn and rope&burn at the gym. Then I came home to eat dinner: meatball, green bean casserole and salad with pickels.
102.8 lb Lost so far: 27.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
