Grrr! I sick and TIRED of being in the 160s!! I have to get out of it by the end of this MONTH! I haven't seen the 150s since Oct. 2010, and I ready to see it again. I'm going to have to AMP of my workout schedule (cardio + weight training), geez my metabolism hasn't been my bff since I hit 31! But I SHALL get out of the 160s, yes indeedy! It's just frustrating @ times!

Wow, you are so close to goal. It can be really difficult to get those last few off. Dig your heals in and kick up your exercise plan. Maybe squeeze in some cardio a few times a week. Good luck, your doing great.
