My scale seems to be 'stuck'. I've been bouncing around with the same 2 pounds for a few weeks now. I guess I'm just going to have to put a little more effort back into it. I've been giving myself all kinds of excuses to cheat on my diet. Yesterday was my mom/bosses birthday. So I had cake at work, and cake at home. And I've been letting my sweet tooth run my life since my colonoscopy last week. Got to get it together!!!
181.0 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I was just going to say that little cheats, slacking, bites, licks and tastes can all make the scale stay the same for a few weeks. Many times when the scale won't move, it's because the initial honey moon weight loss period is over and we start sneaking extra food in. It can really make a difference. You can do this!
