It's basically the same very low fat vegan plan as I have been doing but with a more starch based emphasis. I have also recently started to monitor the calories due to lack of progress re weight loss. I am aiming for 1600 cals per day for now to see if this works. If not I may reduce further.
(I actually started this on about 6 August but didn't change my plan until today).
226.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 87.5 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
