The "diet" or eating plan I started on 10-13-2010, which was to be a lifestyle change is bascially the Fat Smash Diet. I started detoxing on the 13th which was a conscious change to my original diet, but I really wanted to maintain it. However, it's nice to have an actual diet plan that resembles my eating plan goal that also includes recipes.I will continue you my detox for the remainder of this week according to the 9 day detox phase.
